He has also structured and raised financing in phases for the Peel 750 project in Montreal (total project value close to 220 million CAD). In addition he as promoted the China Real Estate Development Strategies Fund Islamic & Conventional (300 million USD were committed). Prior to this, Mr. Karam has held a number of executive positions for very large international private equity firms as Director of Equity Investments or Managing Director.
A professional business executive with over 25 years of production, operations, supply chain and executive management experience, Mr. Hudon will be responsible for the company’s investment portfolios as well as managing and monitoring investment activity, and maintaining healthy investor relations. Mr. Hudon was President of a telecommunications optimisation and infrastructure company and is an Accredited Tier Designer from the Uptime Institute. Mr. Safi is the Chairman and General Manager of Nerium sarl. Lebanon as well as Chairman of Renewrgy , an Energy Development and Management Company. Prior to this, he was founder and CEO of the world’s largest district cooling company, Tabreed that he grew from a Greenfield operation to a publicly traded company realizing constant profits and returns in excess of 160%.
Mr. Safi is an active member of several organizations and trade associations including the International Association for Energy Economics (IAEE), and American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineering, Inc. (ASHRAE). He is also a lifetime member of the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE), and member of the facility Managers Institute of (AEE). Mr. Safi has been awarded IDEA’s 2006 Unsung Hero Award, the 2007 Global Pioneer Award, as well the same year was nominated as finalist for the Ernest and Young "Entrepreneur of the year". In 2010 he was awarded the “Legend in Energy” from AEE.
Mr. Epoh has extensive experience in real estate, spanning over 27 years in real estate investment, development of businesses and institutional limited partnerships. In 2007 Mr. Epoh moved from Vice President Investments for emerging markets of SITQ to develop strategic global initiatives in the Real Estate Fund Group of La Caisse where he was promoted to Senior Vice President Strategic Partnerships. He returned to SITQ to oversee the company global investments from 2009 to 2011, as Senior Premier Vice President Investments. Nabil organized, collaborated and presented in numerous conferences on technical and socio-economical concepts related to the Internet and knowledge society. Nabil’s leadership and managerial experience is rich in strategic planning and change management. He served for thirty years at the American University of Beirut and his career path has evolved from biomedical engineer to director of computing and networking services and chief enterprise architect with focus on creating value by investigating and implementing innovative information and communication technology solutions for medical care, learning purposes and administration in higher education.
